mypension.be: the site is now extended to cover supplementary pensions

News
09 January 2017

Employees and self-employed people who are or were covered by a supplementary pension scheme of their (former) employer can now consult the details and amounts involved at www.mypension.be.

You can log in to mypension.be with your electronic identity card and an eID card reader. Have your PIN code handy! You may of course log in using a token that is available on request if you are not already using it to access tax-on-web.

Information available under ‘my supplementary pension’?

Here you can find a customised overview of the different pension schemes of your employer(s) or former employer(s), with a reference to the insurer or pension fund managing the scheme in question.

  • Under the ‘my supplementary pension’ tab the site offers an overview of the supplementary pension reserves acquired on 1 January 2016.
  • You also receive a detailed overview for each pension scheme with the vested reserves as of 1 January 2016 and an estimate of this supplementary pension capital at the final date, along with an estimate of the interest paid starting from 65 years of age.
  • You can also download an itemised file for each supplementary pension scheme and consult the pension regulations.
  • In addition to the pension reserves, the site also provides an overview of the death cover as of 1 January for the year under consideration.

Tip:

Do not forget to enable your e-box by providing your personal details, so you will be automatically notified as soon as additions are made to your pension records, both for your statutory (first pillar) and supplementary (second pillar) pensions
