ADD Connect, online access to your insurance records
Had enough of chaotic binders full of insurance papers? Did you know that ADD can give you online access to all your insurance policies and damage claims? ADD Connect is an extremely user-friendly application, offering you the following, among other things:
- 24/7 access to all your (digitalised) insurance policies, damage claims, damage statistics and even records of meetings;
- The possibility to automatically send an e-mail directly from a damage claim to your contact person, and it even includes its internal reference number;
- A dashboard with several icons to direct you swiftly to the precise documents you are looking for.
Soon, the platform will be extended further to also include an overview of your premiums and discharges.

E-invoicing at ADD
With ADD you also have the option to receive digital invoices. After an exhaustive examination of all the possibilities, a simple e-mail with a secure link appeared to be the safest and most user-friendly solution. Thus the ADD e-invoicing project was born!
Practically, this means you receive an e-mail that contains a secure link. When you click on the secure link, you will be redirected to a secured part of the ADD website, where you will find the relevant invoice in pdf-format and from where you can download it via an encrypted connection.
An increasing number of companies wish to receive digital invoices, as they are easier to process digitally. It is easy to save your electronic invoice and to retrieve it. You can name the pdf-file as you wish. And… you eliminate the risk of invoice fraud, by which invoices are intercepted in order to put a false account number on them!
